Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Email support@smeltr.app from the address on your account and ask for account deletion. We confirm in writing once it's complete (within 30 days, usually much sooner).
I forgot my password.
Tap 'Forgot password?' on the sign-in screen. If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email support.
My data didn't sync between devices.
Sign out and back in on the device that's behind. If the issue persists, email support with both device types and roughly when the data was last in sync.
Can I export my data?
Yes — email privacy@smeltr.app and we'll send a machine-readable export of everything tied to your account.
Does Smeltr give medical advice?
No. Smeltr is a planner — it helps you organise targets, workouts, and meal logs that you set yourself. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian, or coach.
